No, Zhouyi is an ancient philosophical work of China, which demonstrates and describes the operating rules of things based on the dualism of Yin and Yang. It classifies the characters of all things in the world and heavenly stems and earthly branches's Five Elements Theory, even accurate enough to predict the future development of things.

Sima Qian (former 145 or former 135- former 87? ), the word zichang, was born in xia yang (now Hancheng, Shaanxi Province, referring to Hejin, Shanxi Province) in the Western Han Dynasty. He was a great historian and writer in ancient China, and later generations addressed him as "Shi Sheng". His greatest contribution was the creation of China's first biography, Historical Records (formerly known as Taishi Gongshu). Historical Records records the history of more than 3,000 years from the legendary period of the Yellow Emperor to the first year of founding ceremony, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. Sima Qian's Historical Records, with its historical knowledge of "studying the relationship between man and nature, linking ancient and modern changes and forming a unified statement", became the first biographical general history in China history and was praised by Lu Xun as "a masterpiece of historians-Lisao". Professor Jiang Peng, the lecturer of Lecture Room, called Sima Qian "an expert with excellent writing style" in Three Faces of Emperor Wu of Han Dynasty.
