1, Liu Tianhua

Liu Tianhua (1February 4, 895-1June 8, 932), formerly known as Liu Shouchun, was born in Xihengjie, Chengjiang Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, and was a modern composer, performer and music educator in China.

The son of Liu Baoshan, a scholar in the late Qing Dynasty, was brothers with Liu Bannong, a poet, and Liu Beimao, a musician. I have been influenced by the rich folk music in my hometown since I was a child. After the outbreak of the Revolution of 1911, he returned to Jiangyin to participate in the "Jiangyin Anti-Manchu Youth League" and was in charge of the bugle call.

2. Hua (A Bing)

(1August 89317—1February 4, 950), formerly known as Hua, a native of Wuxi, a folk musician and an orthodox Taoist, was blind due to eye diseases.

A Bing assiduously studied Taoist music, strived for perfection, widely absorbed the tunes of folk music, and composed and played more than 270 folk music works in his life. ?

His father, Huaqing River, is the head of Leizun Hall, a Taoist temple in Sanqing Hall, Wuxi, and is good at Taoist music. Hua lost his mother at the age of 4 and was raised by his aunt. At the age of 8, he joined his father as a Taoist in Leizuntang. I began to study in a private school for three years, and then I learned drums, flutes, erhu, pipa and other musical instruments from my father.

3. Sun Wenming

Sun Wenming (1928 ~ 1962): a folk musician. Born in Shangyu, Zhejiang.

Sun Wenming was blind from smallpox at the age of four. My father died at the age of twelve. Forced by life, I learned fortune telling and wandered around, and later learned erhu as a means of making a living. When he was studying, he first imitated the performance, was good at absorbing folk songs and minor tunes, learned all kinds of opera art, and then created his own performances.

At the beginning of liberation, Sun Wenming wrote two songs in Nanjing, Send to Listen and Play Six Songs. One of the songs playing Liu is to imitate playing a stringed instrument, without a thousand pounds.

The songs "Qu" and "Sifang Qu" were written on 1952. They participated in the music and dance concert in Jiangsu Province and won favorable comments and awards. 1959 at the invitation of Shanghai National Orchestra, he went to Shanghai to teach, and then went to Shanghai Conservatory of Music to teach.

Sun Wenming's erhu performance art is creative, and he can set the string with a unique octave according to the needs of music performance. Among his eight erhu songs, Liubo Song is the masterpiece.

4. Jiang Cairu

Jiang Cairu (1945-) was born in Chengdu. Jiang Cairu is one of the most accomplished erhu performers at present, also known as "Min Nan in Northern Xinjiang".

As early as 1960s, when he was a sophomore, his erhu song "There is a Golden Sun in Beijing" became popular all over the country. Later, he successively published such works as Remembering Family, Happy Yi Village, Folk Songs, Spring in Liangshan, Chuanjiang Boat Songs, Bamboo Songs, Drunk Barley and Erhu Concerto Legend of the White Snake (Cooperation).

Some of his works won prizes in professional competitions of the whole army, some were incorporated into teaching materials of art colleges, and some were included in The Complete Works of China Music (Erhu Volume).

5. Lu Rirong

Lu Rirong was born in Hubei Province, China, with the age of 1 and the date of birth of 1933. 1945 participated in literary and artistic work, and 1950 was a band of Hanzhong Literature and Art Working Group. The following year, he was admitted to Northwest Art College, where he studied erhu and majored in composing and conducting.

1954 graduated and stayed in school to teach, serving as erhu teacher and conductor of folk band. He has served as director, director and deputy director of the teaching and research section. He is currently a professor and master tutor of Xi 'an Conservatory of Music, deputy director of the National Music Committee of China Musicians Association, vice president of China National Orchestra Society, president of Shaanxi National Orchestra Society, and artistic consultant of Shaanxi Song and Dance Theatre National Symphony Orchestra.

Among his students are China's famous musicians Zhao Jiping and Xiping Ji.
