Yes According to the announcement issued by Xinye County Transportation Bureau, the Yeshayan-Shiyan Highway is a full-line repair, and it is built according to the technical standard of secondary highway. The whole line is paved with asphalt, and the designed subgrade width is 14m, and the pavement width is11m. Xinye County belongs to Nanyang City, Henan Province, and is located at the southwest gateway of the Central Plains Economic Zone, at the junction of Henan and Hubei provinces, and in the center of Nanyang Basin.
