Notice on the prohibition of setting off fireworks and firecrackers

In order to ensure public safety, personal and property safety and improve environmental quality, according to the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Langfang City", the relevant matters concerning the prohibition of fireworks and firecrackers are hereby notified as follows:

First, no discharge area and time.

It is forbidden to enter the forbidden area at any time of the year (east to the right bank of Chaobai River, south to Furniture Avenue, west to Tongtang Line and north to the right bank of Chaobai River). Among them, Furniture Avenue extends to the exhibition halls of Asia Pacific City, Jingwei, Zhong Yi, Tang Zhong, Easyhome, Mingtailai, Golden Key, Guidu and other furniture cities; Yingbin Community, Xiunan Community, Yuhuwan, Sunshine Home, Futai Home, Hanjing Junting and other communities; Shuyang industrial park. ) set off fireworks.

During the warning period of heavy pollution weather, fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the county.

Two, it is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers in the following places outside the forbidden area at any time throughout the year:

(1) office buildings for party and government organs and institutions;

(2) Stations, furniture cities, warehousing and logistics parks, industrial communities and enterprise factories;

(3) Units that produce, manage and store inflammable and explosive dangerous goods;

(4) Power transmission and transformation, gas, oil and other energy facilities in the safety protection zone;

(five) cultural relics protection units;

(6) Important military areas;

(seven) schools, kindergartens, medical institutions and pension institutions;

(eight) shopping malls, bazaars, public cultural facilities, places for religious activities and other crowded places;

(nine) parks, squares, gardens and key forest land.

Three, in violation of the prohibition, shall be ordered to stop the discharge, and may impose a fine of more than 500 yuan 100 yuan. If it constitutes a violation of public security administration, it shall be punished according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

Four, encourage units and individuals to report illegal activities in the production, operation, storage, transportation, fireworks and other activities, to verify the truth, will be rewarded in accordance with the provisions of the informants.
