Conghua Folk Tales and Legends

? (Speech by the "Five Old" Class)

? Dragon ball god

Good afternoon, leaders, teachers and students!

I used to be a teacher in Hedong Middle School, teaching English, and Hedong Middle School retired. After retirement, I like to collect folk stories and legends circulating from all over Conghua, and I also collect a lot of handed down articles from Conghua. I especially like the thread-bound books read by the ancients, and I also like to write down the folk stories and legends of Conghua. Over the past few years, I have collected ancient stone tools, old furniture, old farm tools, old thread-bound books and so on. Some things are not used now, and it is hard to see them in the countryside. I collected and wrote more than 70 thousand words, about 50 stories! What I read in the newspaper is the legend of three generals and the story of Liu Xiangu in Yuntai Mountain. Most of them are published on open network platforms. Some articles have been read more than 30,000 times.

A friend once asked me, "Aren't you an English education major?" Do you like collecting and writing? "This is because I think the things left by our ancestors are too good, and the cultural heritage left by our ancestors is too precious. I want to pass on the treasure left by our ancestors from generation to generation. These precious things will rot and disappear if they are not rescued. Especially when I was a teenager, listening to stories told by my elders was very touching and touching. If I don't write them down, they will be lost slowly.

Or some students don't know that there may be touching stories in your village. The location of our Hedong Middle School used to be called Qixinggang. It is said that when the Emperor of the Southern Song Dynasty fled, seven barrels of royal gold, silver and jewels were buried here, so that these treasures could be used to organize the army in the future and make a comeback to defeat the Yuan army. The exact location of the treasure is of course a secret. These seven and a half cylinders of jewels have been handed down and turned into seven stars with the moon. This place, Taipingqian Port, is famous for Guangyu Temple. Qian Gang was originally called Qixinggang, not Qian Gang. This place in our school, where Song Jun has buried so many treasures, should be called Qian Gang! But it happened that the place where the treasure was buried was called Qixinggang, and the place where the treasure was not buried was called Qiangang. This is because Song Jun in order to divert attention, convenient memory! There is an idiom called "There is no silver here for 320", and there are hundreds of millions of gold and silver jewels buried here! If this place is called Qian Gang, it will be remembered, so it will be exchanged with Qixinggang. This place has become Qixinggang, and the original Qixinggang has become Qiangang. There is also a saying that the treasure of the Song royal family is not buried here, but in the Money Mountain of Phoenix! At the beginning of the school, I once saw a nearby villager digging a foundation in Gai Lou and dug up a large basin of Song money. Later, I heard that the owner sold it to a thrift store according to scrap iron. That's a real pity. This is a rare ancient coin! Many villages in Conghua are descendants of officers and men of the Southern Song Dynasty. Qian Gang is a descendant of Lu Xiufu, the prime minister of the Southern Song Dynasty. He jumped into the sea with the little emperor on his back on the cliff. Qudong Village is a descendant of Pan Mei in the Northern Song Dynasty. This Pan Mei is Pan Renmei in The Traitor Yang Jiajiang. The real Pan Mei was a loyal minister who made contributions to national reunification. In Quelang Village, there is a site of the Wulang Temple in memory of Yang Wulang. If we look at these legends in combination with historical knowledge, we will find that Conghua has a lot to write about, with profound cultural background, and it is not a barbarian land. Our hometown is actually very lovely.

The Shuangfeng Mountain we see now used to be called Zhegu Mountain. A county grandfather named Tang in the Ming Dynasty is not pleasant to hear. Partridges are birds, only flying around in small places, lacking the spirit of soaring. Let's change it. Grandpa Tang gave an order to change Zhegu Mountain into Shuangfeng Mountain. Shuangfeng Chaoyang is one of the eight scenic spots in ancient Conghua. In order to change the name of the mountain, Grandpa Tangxian also wrote a famous article called "Sacrifice to Shuangfeng Mountain": "Only the mountain is beautiful and beautiful, and Shuangfeng is its model. Those who don't know, suppress the name of the partridge. The mountain damages its name, which is the pollution of the mountain. Phoenix birds, partridges, and different roads. Wei Rui Ming Rui, named symbol. Isn't it quick to change the name of Shuangfeng? Young is young. Feather civilization, be careful not to disappoint me. Shangyi. "

This article, originally carved on a stone, was placed in Fengyuan Village. Fengyuan village was not originally called Fengyuan. Outside the village, there used to be a large maple forest, which was called Maple Garden at that time. Because the Partridge Mountain was renamed Shuangfeng Mountain, the water in the big pond of Maple Garden often reflected Shuangfeng Mountain, and the Maple Garden and Shuangfeng Mountain were connected together, and later renamed as Fengyuan. "Li Fengdan has splendid trees, and has opened up a great land to build an article hospital." You see how heroic and poetic! I also feel excited when I watch it.

My grandparents are from Phoenix Garden, too. When I was a child, I saw dragon boats, listened to dramas and heard many touching folk stories in Phoenix Garden. The story of Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai was told by my mother when she was singing. I have been impressed so far, and I still remember several operas! When it comes to local allusions in Conghua, Liu Xiangu of Yuntai Mountain is the one who speaks the most. Liu Xiangu is said to be a true story. When she was very young, she was sold to the village under Yuntai Mountain as a child bride. Her housewife is very mean to her and often beats her and scolds her. She obeyed and filial to her elders and endured many hardships. Later, he was accepted as an apprentice by He Xiangu of Zengcheng, and later became an immortal on Yuntai Mountain, becoming a land god to protect people's lives. I wrote her story, published it in Conghua Today and Old Gardener of Liuxi, and circulated it on the Internet.

Actually, there are many stories about Conghua. There may be students from Tianhan Village in our school. There used to be a carp-shaped Koishiyama near Tianhan Village, which was related to the story of carp yue longmen. Open the map and you will know that the east of Conghua is adjacent to Longmen County. It is said that Magikarp of Liuxihe doesn't want to be king in Liuxihe for too long. It will swim against the small Haihe River, leap over the Longmen, become the Dragon King, and travel around the world. On the way, I met with checkpoints such as Kemuguan, Dajingguan and Xiaojingguan, and was chased by officers and men such as Big Nose Crane, and finally struggled to death in Tianhan. This is a very inspirational story. In Conghua county annals, there is a record about "Fish Wang Shi".

You can also see the place of Egangtou on the east bank of Liuxi River near Conghua Bridge. Almost razed to the ground when repairing the river bank. After a well-founded struggle, the local villagers survived. It is said that this male goose head was created by a swan that He Xiangu sat on. There is also a Koishiyama next to the Workers' Stadium in the former Riverside Park in Hexi, which is said to be made by a swan on which Liu Xiangu sat. These two swans are a male and a female. They are together every day, and sometimes they are separated on both sides of Liuxi River. Later, He Xiangu went to cross the East China Sea with seven other immortals. This is the story of the Eight Immortals crossing the sea. He Xiangu left the cob on the east bank of Liuxi River, thinking that she would come back from the East China Sea soon, and forgot to give it free instructions. Without He Xiangu's instructions, she didn't dare to swim to the west bank to meet Mother Swan. She just crossed the river every day. Over time, it will become a goose head stone. Liu Xiangu only cared about practicing in Fengyunling and forgot her goose. Over time, the goose turned into a stone mountain. Are these legends touching? Now some businesses do business with the theme of geese and sell stewed geese every day, which I think is inappropriate. Beautiful legends cannot be vulgarized. We should let these beautiful legends be handed down from generation to generation.

There are many beautiful legends in Conghua, such as the "Dragon Palace Boiling Spring" in the hot spring, the "Eight Immortals Making Streams City" in the forest park, the legends of eight scenic spots in Conghua and eight scenic spots in Lutian, and so on, which can't be finished in ten days and ten nights. Conghua is still an old revolutionary base area. In War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, this was the main battlefield in southern China. There are many touching anti-Japanese stories, such as the great talent in Jiangpu village who captured Japanese children alive. Where Hedong Middle School is located, General Zhang Ruigui has fought the Japanese army many times, and there is also a turret built during the Anti-Japanese War nearby! Pang Jie, president of Conghua Second Central Plains, was a battalion commander in Zhang Ruigui's army. There are many such examples, such as the Liu Hua Anti-Japanese Conference in Liangkou, Yuntai Mountain, the last battle to liberate Guangzhou, and so on. Let's see, Conghua is not only beautiful, but also has many stories and heroic stories. We should write down these stories and pass them on as soon as we can remember them. This is also a concrete way for us to love our motherland and our hometown! What I am doing now is only a small part, and there is still a lot of work for you to dig and tidy up. Work hard! Let our precious historical heritage be carried forward, inspire our enthusiasm for patriotism and love for home, and make more contributions to the construction of our hometown!
