According to the general requirements of the provincial and municipal governments on rural revitalization strategy and accelerating the transformation of rural passenger transport, Muping District explores the establishment of an exit mechanism for passenger buses, and proposes to gradually realize the "whole class bus operation mode" within its jurisdiction, in order to gradually complete the full coverage of urban and rural public transport and ensure the smooth exit of passenger buses from the operation market. After the expiration of the bus operation period, it will not be renewed or extended, and the bus acquisition and transformation will be implemented by Yantai Public Transport Group Mu Ping Company in due course. In view of the different conditions of various lines and regions and the reality of passenger bus withdrawal, it is decided to steadily promote the bus transformation work in three stages according to the principle of near and far.

At present, the first phase of reconstruction of Jianggezhuang Street and Longquan Town has been completed. In 20021year, it is planned to complete the transformation of rural passenger lines in Shuidao, Jugezhuang and Yulindian Town, and make good preparations for the transformation of Guanshui, Shirley Wang Zhuang and Gaoling Town.
