The members of Deyun Society are ranked by cloud, crane, nine, sky, dragon, Teng, four and sea. These eight words were put forward by Zhang Wenshun, one of the founders of Deyun Society. These eight words are also used to distinguish the time sequence of students entering Deyun Society. Two years is a theme, as follows:

The Development Course of Deyun Society

Deyun Society began to be called "Beijing Crosstalk Conference", and only Degang Guo, Zhang Wenshun (deceased) and Jing Li (retired) performed in teahouse such as Guangde Building.

1995, Degang Guo came to Beijing. The first people he found were Zhang Wenshun, a predecessor in phonology, and Jing Li, a young actor. He began to perform in Beijing Teahouse and Guangde Building. Since 1996, crosstalk actors Xing (deceased) and Xing (retired) have joined the performance one after another. 1998 expanded to more than a dozen people, and the performance venue was also expanded from teahouse to teahouse theater, and it was named "Beijing Crosstalk Conference".

In 2003, the performance team reached more than a dozen people, and from that year on, it was renamed "Deyun Society".
