Ouhai district. According to the official website of Wenzhou Municipal Government, Ouhai is located in ouhai district, Wenzhou, in the southwest of Wenzhou. Ouhai district is connected to Lucheng District in the north, Longwan District in the east, Ruian City in the south and qingtian county (Lishui City) in the west. Topographically, ouhai district is high in the west and low in the east and low in the south.
