Alarm code rule

The coding rule of alarm number is that the first two digits are the department or area code, and the last four digits are the personal number of the alarm person. Normally, an alarm will follow a policeman until he retires. Due to the need of work and convenient use, multiple number plates can be allocated when distributing alarm signals.
