Can moles on people be found?

Yes, I have a mole in the middle. Being called Japanese since I was a child, I finally couldn't stand it in high school. I went to the beauty salon and spent 20 yuan to buy a sharp wooden stick to get a mole. It hurts a little, but I don't think I can continue to be "Japanese".
