There is no fortune teller. Shangqing Palace, located in Cuiyunfeng, Mangshan, Luoyang, Henan Province, is the first Taoist temple named after "Palace" in China. The Shangqing Palace was originally a Laozi Temple built during the Yang Di period, and was rebuilt as the Shangqing Palace in the second year of Longshuo in Tang Gaozong (AD 662).
