Chapter II Market Operators and Scope of Business Article 5 All units and individuals with the ability to operate may engage in business activities in the market according to law.

Chapter III Trading Behavior Article 10 Business operators shall follow the principles of voluntariness, fairness, honesty and credibility in market trading activities, abide by laws, regulations, rules and business ethics, and obey the management of market supervision and management organs and public security, taxation, price, standard measurement, health and other departments.
