Can I go to the temple to burn incense during my menstrual period?

You can burn incense when you have your period.

During the menstrual period, worship can be reduced and Buddhist chanting can be carried out as usual. Menstrual cloth should be changed frequently (ancient cloth, sanitary towel now). Wash your hands immediately if you come into direct contact with menstrual cloth (sanitary napkin). Never look at the classics and burn incense with your hands that have been in direct contact with warp cloth (sanitary napkins). Buddhism is originally harmonious, and pagans will cling to rigid truth. Many people in society only believe in fallacies and heresies and don't understand the correct truth of Buddhism, so that many Buddhists can't get the benefits of Buddhism.
