Where is the Bodhisattva Dojo?

Bodhisattva Dojo is located in Langshan, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. Langshan Mountain is the first of the eight famous Buddhist mountains in China. There is Guangjiao Temple on the mountain, and the Tongyuan Hall in the temple is dedicated to Bodhisattva.

Langshan Mountain, located in Langshan Scenic Area, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, is one of the five peaks in the scenic area, bordering the Yangtze River in the west. The earliest record of the name of Wolf Mountain is "On June 27th, I came by boat to the Wolf Mountain in Changzhou, where the wind was high and the waves were urgent, and I whirled around the mountain" in Jian Zhen's Biography of the Great Monk in the Tang Dynasty.

Among them, Langshan Mountain is located at an altitude of 109 meters, which is the most precipitous and beautiful, with many cultural relics and historic sites. The other four mountains are like the stars arching the moon, and Langshan is the first of the five mountains. In addition, Langshan is also known as "the first mountain in the rivers and seas".

The origin of bodhisattva's name

The general trend has reached the bodhisattva, which is called Mahayana in Sanskrit. Now in Elysium, two bodhisattvas are replacing Buddha. Bodhisattva is one of the "Three Saints of the West". Amitabha, the leader of the western paradise, is surrounded by avalokitesvara on the left and Buddha on the right, which are collectively called "the three saints of the west", also known as "the three Amitabha buddhas".

"Watching Endless Life" records that he "illuminates all things with wisdom, so that he has supreme power to leave the three places (referring to hell, evil spirits, beasts and three evils)", so he is called a bodhisattva.
