On hearing this, the teller immediately judged that this was a telecom fraud case and reported it to the manager on duty in the lobby in time. The manager on duty in the lobby patiently dissuaded the customer, informed the customer of the characteristics of online loan fraud, and told him that he was probably cheated and not to follow the other party's requirements. At this point, the customer suddenly realized that the remittance was terminated immediately, the "loan specialist" WeChat friend was deleted and blacked out, and fraudulent calls were blacklisted and intercepted.
