Whoever uses your loophole is a liar-ICBC successfully intercepted a telecom network fraud case.

As the saying goes, the liar is in the "back door", and others are trapped. This statement is correct. Fortunately, there are more savvy bank employees, and the liar failed.

Recently, China Industrial and Commercial Bank Zhou Ke Branch encountered such a telecom fraud case.

One day, Bumou, a customer of ICBC, took his bank card to the counter of Zhou Ke Wenhua Road Sub-branch of ICBC to handle remittance business. When the teller asked about the purpose of remittance and whether he knew the payee, Bu looked puzzled. The teller thinks something is wrong. After repeated questioning, the customer said that he didn't get a loan from the bank because he was short of money recently, didn't have a fixed job and didn't have a good credit report.

"I saw a message released by a' Credit Commissioner' in the WeChat group, saying that loans can be made without credit reporting." Bumou said that after adding the other party's friends, the "Credit Commissioner" clearly told him that he could apply for a loan of 50,000 to 200,000 without credit information, but he had to pay nearly 10,000 yuan of overdue miscellaneous fees such as card fees and activation fees first.

On hearing this, the teller immediately judged that this was a telecom fraud case and reported it to the manager on duty in the lobby in time. The manager on duty in the lobby patiently dissuaded the customer, informed the customer of the characteristics of online loan fraud, and told him that he was probably cheated and not to follow the other party's requirements. At this point, the customer suddenly realized that the remittance was terminated immediately, the "loan specialist" WeChat friend was deleted and blacked out, and fraudulent calls were blacklisted and intercepted. ICBC Zhou Ke Wenhua Road Sub-branch successfully intercepted this telecom fraud case.

With the rapid development of internet finance, telecommunication network fraud cases emerge in an endless stream with various means. In recent years, criminals spread phishing websites through mobile phones, telephones, short messages, WeChat and QQ. Trick mobile phone users into taking personal information through false news such as mass winning and point redemption, and finally steal money; Publish false information through the internet, and publish a large number of information such as interest-free loans and unsecured loans. When the lender contacts, he will ask the lender for money before lending under various excuses, such as handling fee, deposit and activation fee. Or he will ask the lender to make some money to prove that he has the ability to repay, thus inducing the lender to be deceived.

As the last line of defense against financial fraud, ICBC has continuously strengthened anti-fraud propaganda and integrated risk prevention into its daily business. In addition to asking more questions and reminding customers when transferring money, ICBC also helps customers filter all kinds of fraudulent information through scientific and technological means, and helps customers judge whether the unknown information in daily life is true or false.

It is understood that ICBC has launched ICBC Rongan e-letter (public service version), which is a public welfare anti-fraud software launched by ICBC for customer groups by using big data and information technology, and is used to query and reply social credit risk information that can be disclosed according to law, and provide early warning for risk transactions for the majority of customer groups. The staff of ICBC Xinjiang Branch reminded the general public that before transferring and remitting money, they can independently check the authenticity of the other party's account through Rongan e-letter (public welfare version) in ICBC e-link software to avoid being deceived and raise their awareness of prevention. In addition, the system also comes with functions such as "checking Lao Lai", which can let customers know fairly well.

Here, China Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Xinjiang Branch reminds customers that there are various types of telecommunication network fraud, and the means are hidden, which leads to the victims involved in all walks of life and the amount involved is huge. So please remember the following points:

(1) Don't trust the loan information under the banner of "low interest, high quota and fast arrival", and remember that there is no such thing as a free lunch;

(2) When applying for loans, try to apply for loans through formal financial institutions such as banks to reduce loan risks;

(three) when handling loans, the requirements for paying interest and insurance in advance do not meet the requirements of loans. Be especially vigilant when the other party asks for any form of funds in advance;
