On the one hand, when people encounter stress events such as divorce, widowhood and bankruptcy, their emotions will fluctuate greatly, they will lose control of their lives, their sense of security will be affected, their psychological dependence will be greatly enhanced, and their suggestibility will be stronger than usual. On the other hand, "fortune tellers" tend to say that there are both good and bad things, and provide some vague information for the other party to find their own experience, so that the fuzziness of information is concrete, thus creating the illusion that "you know me well", which is a psychological phenomenon of self-verification.
