Chen 1957 was born in the northern city of * * *. 14 years old received formal art education, 1989 graduated from Nagoya University of the Arts. After returning to China, he has been engaged in art education and painting creation. You Ching, * * * two Taipei county magistrate, won the education contribution award. Chen, born in 1957, is from Taiwan Province. When he was 3 years old, he was sold by his parents to his foster mother, who carried him to fortune telling and worked out his eight-character weight, so he was sent to the Catholic Sacred Heart Nursery by his foster mother! Therefore, Chen grew up in the nursery until she was 18 years old, but she was not used to life. She often ran back to the nursery during the day and went home to sleep at night, but her adoptive mother died in 2009 at the age of 82. Because there are many statues of saints and stained glass in the church nursery, foreign priests and nuns in the nursery also attach great importance to children's art education, and there are many murals and sculptures in the nearby Longshan Temple, so Chen's life has been influenced by art since childhood. There is a coffin shop opposite the kindergarten. He was not afraid since he was a child, but often used it for fun. In the third and fourth grades of primary school, one day the owner of the coffin shop said that he would teach him to draw. From painting the coffin to graduating from junior high school, Chen can draw flowers and birds outside the coffin and become the boss's assistant. In the second day of junior high school, the school cooperated with the intelligence unit wearing Chinese tunic suit to search the students' schoolbags. At this time, Chen found a book "History of Western Art" in his schoolbag. The intelligence officer was very surprised and asked him why he had this book. He said he borrowed it from the library. The agent asked, "Why don't you read the History of China Art?" He replied, "I have already seen it!" " The intelligence officer didn't believe it and asked him a few questions. Chen could not answer them one by one. The management team leader saw that he was quite talented and suggested that he take classes that interested him in the future. If he was not interested in class, he went to the art classroom to draw. There were three art teachers in charge of teaching him in the school, so he laid the foundation for sketch and ink painting. "I can be said to be the first art class student in Taiwan Province!" He said with a smile. I majored in American engineering in high school and accepted Chen Yangchun and Zhang Muyang as teachers. After leaving the army, I worked as a store manager in a gallery. Once, the vice president of Mitsukoshi Department Store in Japan saw him painting in a gallery and asked him if he was interested in studying painting in Japan, and he was willing to send him to study in Japan. He didn't care about it, but he was really sent to Nagoya University of Arts in Japan for further study! I majored in western painting in Japan and minored in Japanese ukiyo-e painting, mainly watercolor painting. However, his watercolor works combine the techniques of ink painting and oil painting, so they can show a three-dimensional effect more than ordinary watercolor paintings. From 1996, he became the first Asian painter in this style with cosmetic pigments as materials and splash-ink watercolors! Because I love watching the sea since I was a child, I often go to the seaside to play. Chen's works always take "the sea" as the theme. At first, he only painted simple seascapes. Later, he gradually joined fishing boats, harbors and his favorite eagles. In the past two years, he has been fascinated by boats and painted a series of fishing boats, oil tankers, merchant ships and cruise ships. There are special boats to Taiwan Province Province almost everywhere, so he went to paint and became an expert on the boat. He not only knows the structure of various ships like the back of his hand, but also goes out to sea with the crew to experience the life on board! He believes that as an artist, one must pursue truth, goodness and beauty. At present, he not only concentrates on painting, but also teaches children and adults to paint in Xindian Primary School, and will continue to engage in artistic creation in the future!
