Zhang Boying Art Museum is located at the west foot of Quanshan Nature Reserve in the southern suburb of Xuzhou, covering an area of 65,438 0.20 mu. The classical buildings in the late Qing Dynasty are scattered along the mountain, including exhibition rooms, exhibition rooms, painting and calligraphy rooms, art steles, library buildings and so on. The museum is divided into three parts: Zhang Boying Art Museum, Folk Collection Museum and Pengcheng Painting and Calligraphy Institute. The Wenhao Hall on the east side of the museum area is the highest point of the museum area, overlooking the yunlong lake Scenic Area. The main hall is divided into seven rooms, which is a corridor building with black tiles and red walls as the main architectural tone. It is the largest single hall in northern Jiangsu. Zhang Boying's works and Zhang Boying's collection are mainly displayed in the hall.

Zhang Boying Art Museum was established in 2004. Wang Changqing, a private entrepreneur in Xuzhou, invested more than 78 million yuan to establish a comprehensive cultural and artistic place integrating collection, display, research and teaching. The name of the museum was inscribed by the famous calligrapher Qi Gong before his death.

Zhang Boying Art Museum aims at collecting, sorting out and preserving Mr. Zhang Boying's calligraphy works and cultural relics, and studying and popularizing the calligraphy style of Pengcheng Shupai Boying founded by him. The collection includes more than 60 calligraphy works of Zhang Boying, 26 stone carvings, and a large number of inscriptions, manuscripts, letters and related cultural relics of Mr. Zhang Boying. In addition, the museum also collects nearly 10,000 pieces of inscriptions, stone carvings, Han reliefs, furniture and ceramics from the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the Republic of China. In order to deeply study Mr. Zhang Boying's literary and artistic achievements, the Art Museum also established the Zhang Boying Art Research Association and the Editorial Committee of Zhang Boying's Works. At present, Zhang Boying's anthology, Zhang Boying's calligraphy anthology and Zhang Boying's criticism anthology are being edited.

The name of Zhang Boying Art Museum was inscribed by Qigong, a master of Chinese studies. There are Zhang Boying Exhibition Hall, Wenchang Teahouse, Xiaolai Poultry Hall, Wen Hao Pavilion, Moyuan Pavilion, Monument Gallery, Bridge Pavilion, inkstone Pavilion, Tianchi, Blue inkstone, Baifutang, Qunyangpo and so on. The purpose of the Art Museum is to collect, sort out and preserve Mr. Zhang Boying's calligraphy works and cultural relics, and to study and promote Pengcheng Calligraphy School founded by him. There are some works, inscriptions, manuscripts and letters of Zhang Boying in the museum, as well as nearly 10,000 pieces of various folk cultural relics. It is a similar art museum with a large scale and rich collection in China.
