Manjusri, Pu Xian and Guanyin Bodhisattva all appeared in the war of worship. Why didn't they see the earth treasure king alone?

Because the Tibetan Bodhisattva had not come to China at that time.

As one of the most famous bodhisattvas in China, Shikoku Bodhisattva, Guanyin Bodhisattva, Manjushri Bodhisattva and Samantabhadra all have their own Dojo in China, which are collectively called the four famous Buddhist mountains in China, namely, Wutai Mountain of Manjushri Dojo, Putuo Mountain of Guanyin Dojo, Emei Mountain of Pu Xian Dojo and Jiuhua Mountain of Shikoku Dojo.

The Ten Round Classics of Tibetan Land says: Patience is like earth, meditation is like a secret treasure, hence the name "Tibetan Land".

According to different classic records, such as "The Original Wish of the Bodhisattva", the Bodhisattva has rescued her mother who suffered in hell several times in the past. Since the long robbery, she has been incarnating trillions with her endless wisdom and compassion, pitying and saving all sufferings as a mother, so that she can get rid of the suffering of reincarnation, go to nirvana and achieve the ultimate Buddha fruit. Therefore, the Bodhisattva, the King of Earth Treasure, is widely recited by the world because of its "great filial piety" and "great wish", so it is generally called "King of Earth Treasure Bodhisattva" and has become one of the four great Buddhas in Han Buddhism.

According to Buddhist historical records, Prince Silla in the Tang Dynasty and Buddhist monks who came to China to seek dharma were considered to be the incarnations of Tibetan Bodhisattva. The location of Di Chin in Jiuhua Mountain in Anhui Province is also considered as Huaying Dojo of Tibetan Bodhisattva, so it has become one of the four famous Buddhist mountains in China. Incense has been flourishing for thousands of years.

That was about 1500 years after the extinction of Buddha Sakyamuni in Jiuhua Mountain. At that time, there was a young man named Jin Qiaojue in Silla royal family. He became a monk because he likes Buddhism. After becoming a monk, he thought: He must go to China to obtain Buddhism. So he took the white dog and "listened" to a boat, crossed the ocean and came to Anhui Province, China, where he met a strong wind and blew the boat to the shore. The young monk abandoned the boat and led the white dog to the mountain. He came to the mountain unconsciously. Looking around, the mountains are all plains, and the scenery is very beautiful. He stayed in the mountains and made the cave his home for 75 years. ? His life in the mountains is very difficult. Because of lack of food, he only eats weeds and mangoes. Even in legend, he once lived on the ground and was called "Guanyin". This is a legendary record, but his hard life can be imagined. There is water shortage in the cave, so it takes 500 meters to carry a bucket of water down the cliff. It is difficult to get into and out of the water in one day. ?

There is also a little story in the legend. One morning, Jin Qiaojue was meditating when he was suddenly bitten by a bug. When he jumped up from his seat, he saw a woman wearing a black veil and kowtowed in front of him and said, "I am very penitent." My son's ignorance offended the Eucharist. In order to show regret and respect, I made a clear water at the edge of the stone cliff for you to take to express his mind. " The woman disappeared after speaking, and then a clear stream of water appeared on the cliff not far from the mouth of the cave, which kept flowing downwards: it is said that no matter how dry it is, the spring water is still flowing out, which is also one of the legends. ?

After practicing in Jiuhua Mountain for many years, a group of poets in Jin Qiaojue went there for sightseeing to find inspiration for writing poems. Suddenly, they saw a broken jar on a stone at the entrance of the mountain, and the firewood had gone out. Look at the pot, only wild vegetables mixed with Guanyin soil, everyone looks into the hole. It turned out that a yogi was meditating there. Everyone waited quietly at the mouth of the cave until noon, when the yogi finally settled down and came out of the cave. He doesn't look like China. According to legend, the appearance of the Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha is very special. He is about seven feet tall and his forehead is very high and wide, so poets ask him where he is from. The monk introduced himself as a Silla. ? Those poets were ashamed to hear that, because they lived at the foot of the mountain. They didn't even know that a yogi from afar had lived in the mountain for many years, which made him live such a miserable life. From then on, those poets became his guards and told Gong Min, the owner of the mountain. Gong Min is a devout Buddhist. He was very happy to learn that there was a Taoist priest on the mountain and went to visit at once. Seeing him living in such a humble cave, Gong Min felt very unbearable, so he decided to build a simple house for practitioners with the poet. ?

After Jin Qiaojue monks settled down, they practiced harder and studied Buddhism. This group of dharma protectors often came to consult Buddhism. Gong Min, in particular, worships the Three Treasures very much and supports 100 monks every day. However, no matter how hard we invite them, there are always only ninety-nine people. You must make a special trip to invite Jin Qiaojue monks, which is more than one hundred. One to two, Jin Qiaojue monks often come to Gong Min's house to confess. Gong Min had great respect for the monk, so he asked his son to become a monk with him. ?

One day, Gong Min said to monk Jin Qiaojue, "You should expand the Dojo for practice, because more and more believers come to seek the Dharma, and some people will come here to practice in the future. Do you want to expand the Dojo? " Jin Qiaojue said: "As long as there is enough space, it can be expanded." Gong Min said, "Look, this whole Jiuzi Mountain is mine! There are as many places as you need. " Jin Qiaojue said, "I just want a cassock." Gong Min said, "How can a little be enough?" Jin Qiaojue said, "The place where the shadow of this cassock can cover is enough." Gong Min agreed without understanding. Jin Qiaojue monk took off his cassock and lifted it into the air. A dark cloud covered the sun, and the whole mountain was covered with dark clouds, as if covered with robes. Gong Min was pleasantly surprised to dedicate the whole mountain to Jin Qiaojue monks. This group of poets thought, "How on earth is this mountain named? Should it be called Jiuzishan or Jiufangshan? " If you look at this mountain with the heart of lotus, it is like a nine-petal lotus, so everyone proposes to name it Jiuhua Mountain.

Why did people later call him the incarnation of ksitigarbha bodhisattva? Because during the day, he speaks for his disciples, and at dusk, he settles down. It is said that the sound of torture devices in hell can often be heard around Jiuhua Mountain at night. Therefore, many people say that Master Jin Qiaojue goes to the underworld to spend all beings at night, so he is called "the Bodhisattva of the Earth", and some people respectfully call him "the Earth". He went to Jiuhua Mountain at the age of 24, and died at the age of 99 on July 30th (AD 729, 16th year of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty). He spent 75 years in Jiuhua Mountain, which shows that the Bodhisattva Dizang has a special affinity with all beings in China.
