Appreciation of Du Fu's Poetry

This five-character quatrain was written in the first year of Dali when I first arrived in Kuizhou (766).

According to Dongpo Zhi Lin: "Zhuge made eight arrays and eight rows of stones on the flat sand of fish belly, two feet apart. .. "and" Chengdu Tujing ":

"There are three with eight array. True talent and practical learning, there are four in sixty, and the square array method is also. In Mi Mou Town, 8 out of 20 people are also in charge. Chessboard city, six out of two hundred and fifty, goes to camp. " And "Liu Bin Jia Lu Hua":

"Kuizhou Xicheng, overlooking the river and sand, there are eight arrays of Zhuge Liang. Aggregation is distributed, but it still exists. When the canyon is full of water, when the three trees of snow disappear, it is surging (the impact of rough waves). The tree is ten feet around, withered and falling with the waves.

As for the falling water, everything is lost, and Zhuge Xiaoshi's pile is still in the ranks. If so, it has been nearly 600 years, and it has not moved until today. "

All these show that the eight-array diagram does exist and the level is still there. The predecessors usually regarded the hatred of swallowing Wu's miscalculation and the hatred that Wu Hou could not remonstrate, rather than the false existence of the Eight Arrays, and became the eternal hatred.

"The Three Kingdoms are divided and bound by his greatness" is a powerful affirmation of Kong Ming's achievements, and Kong Ming's intentions are fully demonstrated in these five words.

"The Eight Faces Fortress is built on his reputation" means that Kong Ming set up this ambush to stop Wu Dong's road to Koushu. Sun Quan refused Cao Wei, but it was Kong Ming's three-point chance of winning, and Guan Yu fought bravely for it once. Liu Bei, the former master, showed his glory again, and the three-point chance of winning went up in smoke.

"By the changing river, the stone stands as sorrowful as it is" means that the poet witnessed the array map and saw the great river running day and night, but the eight-array map still stands today. Praise the Eight Arrays is praise Zhu Gekongming.

"Resentment" comes from "the stone doesn't turn". Eight stone pictures have stood for thousands of years and have not been turned over by the river. Trying to swallow Wu instead of kissing Wu was defeated by Wu, losing the original intention of setting up the array, and keeping the name of the array empty was actually the legacy left by Kong Ming.
