By water, you can take a boat from the pier near Moshan Park, cross the East Lake to the East Lake Scenic Area, and then walk out of the scenic area to the provincial museum, which is opposite Meibo. There is no direct subway by land. Road 709 goes around Hongshan Square and Fruit Lake to Shengbo.
