Every year on the twelfth day of the fifth lunar month. Every year, on the twelfth day of the fifth lunar month, there is a small sacrifice every year and a big sacrifice every three years. People of all ethnic groups in Gongcheng held a grand Guandi Temple rally. Temple Fair is a national intangible cultural heritage, a folk religion and an ancient custom in China. It is usually held in festivals such as the Lunar New Year, Lantern Festival and the Dragon's Rise on February 2nd. Temple fairs are very popular in vast areas of this country.
