The Origin of Gaoyou Hui Nationality in Tang Ling

Originated in the Tang Dynasty. According to Yangzhou civil affairs records, the Hui nationality in Tang Ling Hui Township of Gaoyou City originated in the Tang Dynasty. In the first year of Shangyuan, we rebelled in our time, and ordered the soldiers and horses to send fields for conquest. "The Book of the Old Tang Dynasty, Tian Zhuan" contains: magic soldiers went to Yangzhou, plundered residents' property, whipped and dug up a little, and thousands of people died in business trips such as big food and Persia. Because it is located in the northern suburb of Yangzhou, surrounded by lakes on three sides, and its geographical location is remote, a few survivors took refuge here and became the ancestors of Hui.
