Which animation does this picture go to?

This is a cartoon drawn by Japanese cartoonist Naoshi Arakawa. His works began to be serialized in Youth Monthly, a magazine published by Heart Talk Society, in May of 201/and ended in March of 20 15. Single book published 1 1 volume. By February of 20 16, the sales volume of the works had exceeded 4 million copies. A year or so after the end, the collection of foreign-style Coda short stories released on August 20 17 16 tells the story of past lives, all in five words.

The story tells the youth stories of boys (pianists) and girls (violinists) in middle schools with rare talents.
