Is Luobo Town in Wuming District very backward?

Not backward. Luobo Town is located in the east of Wuming District under the jurisdiction of Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, 24 kilometers away from the county seat, bordering Binyang County in the east, Luwo Town in the west, Taiping Town in the south and Wharf Town in the north. Bin (Yang) Wu (Ming) Highway runs through the central part with convenient transportation. Luobo Town has a long history and culture and is the birthplace of Guluo Yue culture. Lake Robo in the town has beautiful scenery and is one of the eight scenic spots of Wuming. After hundreds of years of wind and rain, Luobo Temple has been burning incense for tourists. On the second day of March every year, Luobo Town holds a sacrificial ceremony for Luoyue ancestor Wang, and hundreds of thousands of tourists come in an endless stream. Luobo Town became the first cultural town of Wuming. Tourism income is high, not backward.
