Master Hui Yun, 1973 was born in August, Shanghai. 1became a monk in Guangfu Temple in Changshu, Jiangsu Province in February, 1992, entered Minnan Buddhist College in Xiamen, and graduated in June, 1997. From June 2009 1997 to September 2009, he served as the supervisor of Kofukuji, Changshu City, Jiangsu Province. In September 2009, he was honored as the abbot of Xiaofu Temple. In March 2007, he served as president of Changshu Buddhist Association, member of the Standing Committee of Changshu CPPCC and deputy to the National People's Congress.
