Anyone who has read the Romance of the Three Kingdoms knows that Zhou Yu died of the anger of Ge Liang. Before he died, he looked up at the sky and sighed, "I gave birth to Yu, but I gave birth to Liang." In fact, there is no intersection between Zhou Yu and Zhuge Liang in history, and it is not easy to compare who is more capable.

Zhou Yu's most outstanding talent is military talent. He helped Sun Ce to start a business in Jiangdong, defeated the separatist forces in Jiangdong such as Lu You and Yan Baihu, and surrendered the famous Taishi Ci. In fact, Chen Shou said in the "Three Kingdoms" that Zhuge Liang "managed the people for a long time and was short-sighted, and managed the people better than the generals." It means that Zhuge Liang's political talent is higher than his military talent. Zhuge Liang's real achievement is to stabilize the rear of Shu, let the people live and work in peace and contentment, and provide logistical support for the army, which is equivalent to Xiao He under Liu Bang.

Zhuge Liang's fledgling first contribution was not to burn Bowangpo, but to promote the alliance between Sun and Liu. After Battle of Red Cliffs, he captured four counties of surprisingly until he captured Hanzhong.
