Worshiping Buddha really helps to understand life, as long as worshippers can always reflect on their own hearts and grasp the direction of life.

Buddhism is a huge life science system, ranging from the true meaning of the universe to our physical and mental health. It is a pity that the world does not understand the original intention of the Buddha and misinterprets his teaching methods, which is also the trend of the times.
