Are people with big heads, big faces and small ears particularly miserable?

I have big head and small ears, too. It's really sad. Poor family, bad fortune, stupid mouth, poor ability, introverted personality, weak willpower and no sincere friends. Seriously, one can't help but believe in fate. People with big ears have the ability and the blessing to change themselves. People with small ears are really immortal.
