1in March, 983, on the recommendation of Bhikuni Hiroshi, he went to Liu Rong Temple in Guangzhou to meet the newly born monk and asked him to become a monk. With the permission of the monk, he shaved his hair on March 29th of the lunar calendar. It also introduces Guangzhenbai, a teacher at Nanputuo Temple in Xiamen, and takes the dharma name to glorify it.

July 1983 to July 1987, studying at Shanghai Buddhist College; During my study (i.e.1May, 985), I was guided by Master Zhen Chan, the abbot of Shanghai Jade Buddha Temple and director of Shanghai Buddhist Association. After graduation, he was hired as a confidant by Shanghai Jade Buddha Temple to receive Buddhists at home and abroad. 1September, 1988, he entered China Buddhist College for further study.

. 1992 After graduating in July, he was invited to work in Guangzhou Buddhist Association as Deputy Secretary-General and Director of the Office, assisting the government in implementing religious policies and safeguarding the affairs of the Buddhist Association. 1April, 1996, recommended by the Buddhist Association of the city, entrusted by Master Guangming, served as the abbot of Guangzhou Giant Buddha Temple.
