Why can there be today? It is because we insist on independent research and development and cultivate talents independently. In this era of carbon neutrality, if we have no innovative technology, how can we achieve carbon neutrality? Therefore, innovation is the most important. Gree Electric chose to take a road of self-challenge and dissect himself with the spirit of cutting inward. There will always be competition in the world, but the biggest competitor is yourself.

First of all, we solved the talent problem. Many people worship returnees, but now there are 16000 R&D personnel in Gree Electric. There is no returnee, let alone so-called international talents.
