Others combine the concept of karma with the concept of boundary because of similarity. In addition, observing the goodness and solemn merits of the Buddha in combination with the Buddha's point of view can eliminate all troubles. Serious karma can be repaired.

Four thoughts' means that the mind is the wisdom that can be observed, and the mind is the realm that is observed. Mind is mind, and wisdom is self-cultivation, which is called' luxury rubbing him'. There are four kinds of mindfulness:

First, the mind: the body is not clean. The same as before. Inside and outside the human body, there is filth and uncleanness, so the body is unclean.

Second, the place to study: looking at it is suffering. The feeling of bitterness and joy is the feeling of the heart to the environment, that is, the heart and the environment are combined together, so the bitter fruit will follow. Because there is no real joy in the world, it is bitter to watch.

Third, the mind: the mind is impermanent. Because the heart is constantly changing and dying, there is no eternal time, so the heart is impermanent.

Fourth, the concept of law: obey the law without me. Because all laws have no autonomy and freedom, so don't focus on the law, so obey the law without me.

The four views at the beginning of the four thoughts are all based on wisdom. Because human suffering has four meanings: body, mind and law, we should regard it as "impure, bitter, impermanent and selfless" on the basis of body, mind and law, and let our thoughts live in what body, mind and law view with the power of wisdom, that is, to live our Taoist peace of mind and make it positive but not evil.

"Four Righteousness and Diligence" is to practice these four methods wholeheartedly. Also known as' four positive breaks', that is, it can break the slack. Or' four positive wins', that is, in the sense of encouraging the body, this is the best. Deciding by one's own will and making a decisive decision is called' four-meaning judgment'. The contents of these four laws are:

Third, the goodness of the students should be born and diligent.

Fourth, we should increase the goodness that has been born and try to improve it.

Four senses means unremitting efforts and diligent practice, encouraging practitioners from the above four aspects and breaking evil deeds from three aspects: body, mouth and heart. To start with body, mouth and heart, all methods can't be separated from this body, mouth and heart, and four conscientiousness is the best, so four conscientiousness wins.

"Four wishful feet". The four thoughts are to cultivate wisdom and cultivate' true wisdom'. Fourth, diligently practice' positive progress'. In the second order of our monasticism, ten faiths, ten residences, ten lines and ten directions are called the five grain positions, and then the additional line positions. These four positions are all named after the additional lines.

All laws begin with letters. Believing in the root means believing in the three treasures and four truths. If the roots are strong, you can practice frequently; Qin Gen', also known as Qin Gen, diligently practices Buddhism and bravely practices Buddhism; Read the roots and never forget the dharma; Rooting', let the heart stop in one place and not lose; Huigen' develops wisdom and can know the truth. These five principles are the foundation of all good laws. Five strong roots can trigger five forces.

For example, we have been chanting Buddhism in order to get rid of greed, ignorance and ignorance; Concentration', root growth, can break all kinds of thoughts, with concentration, there will be no thoughts; Huili', with long wisdom roots, can break all puzzles in the Three Realms and all troubles in the Three Realms.

Seven senses are awareness and awareness, and this method can make wisdom equal. There are seven senses, so they are branches or branches, that is, seven branches and seven branches. Because the seven senses are five branches and seven kinds of consciousness expressed by five forces, this method can be changed into Bodhi Tao, so it is also called' Seven Bodhi Points'. There are: the branch of choosing method, the branch of diligence, the branch of joy, the branch of light safety, the branch of thinking, the branch of constant awareness, the branch of walking and giving up.

First, the choice method: that is, choose a wise practice method. When any practitioner begins to practice Buddhism, he must first choose the corresponding Buddhism, which has two meanings: one is to choose the truth of Buddhism with wisdom and choose right from evil; The second is to choose a method that is consistent with your own foundation, so it is easy to achieve. Just like a sick person, if you prescribe the right medicine, you will get well; Without the right medicine, the disease can't be cured.

Second, diligence: after choosing the corresponding dharma, we should be brave enough to correct the dharma diligently. If it is intermittent, it will stop when it is repaired, and it will not work if it is exposed to ten cold.

Third, the feeling of joy: learning Buddhism is happiness, full of joy in Buddhism, and willing to practice Buddhism.

Fourth, relax and feel comfortable: properly practicing dharma can get rid of the heavy troubles of body and mind and make you feel relaxed and happy.

Fifth, the idea of thinking: always have a fixed idea, wise but not forgotten, to make it equal.

Six, fixed branches: make the heart stop in one place, do not leave.

Seven, give up the practice of sleep: give up all illusory methods, nothing can live. Our self-nature is all boundless, what else is there? You don't need anything Father Dade said, "There is nothing to be sad about." Everything is given up, everything is put down.

Among the seven sensory branches mentioned above, if the yogi's mind is floating, he can take it lightly, walk and rest, and fix the three sensory branches; If the heart is heavy, it can be supported by three senses: choosing method, diligence and happiness. There are three sets of wisdom and three sets of wisdom. If you use one, the benefits stop. The branches of mindfulness are constancy, constancy and wisdom, which run in two places and are equal in wisdom. The remaining six branches are selected according to the needs of the above followers.

Eight paths. This method is the way of nirvana, so it is called Tao. Its way deviates from the evil of deviance, so it is called the right way. It is the way for saints to practice, which can prove Siraitia grosvenorii, so it is also called the holy way. There are eight kinds of righteousness, mindfulness, righteousness, righteousness, righteousness, diligence, mindfulness and positive determination, which are called the Eight Righteousness Path, or the Eight Sacred Paths.

First, the right view: after seeing the four truths of the Tao, there is right knowledge, with wisdom without leakage as the body.

Second, mindfulness: after seeing the four truths, you can mindfulness, make true wisdom grow, and take the heart as the body.

Third, the truth: practice oral business with true wisdom, and don't say all unreasonable words. Don't be rude Take the leak-free ring as the body.

Fourth, the right business: with true wisdom, you can get rid of all bad business and all improper behaviors, do clean business and right business, and take no omission as the body.

Fifth, healthy life: clean the body, mouth and heart, live according to the right law, seek good karma and abandon bad karma. Take the leak-free ring as the body. If you squander your life for fame and fortune, it is called bad karma, also called bad life. There are five kinds:

(1) In front of secular people, he told strange lies to support himself.

(2) declare your merits and demerits to support yourself.

(3) Divination, fortune-telling, fortune-telling for profit.

(4) They talk big and are brave, but now they show their great power, talk big, deceive people and intimidate people in order to support them.

(5) Tell your own gains, confuse and touch people's hearts, in order to benefit.

Sixth, diligent practice: use true wisdom and diligent practice of nirvana. Nothing in the world is difficult for one who sets his mind to it.

Seventh, mindfulness: remember the right path with true wisdom, without evil thoughts, and take the thoughts without leakage as the body.

Eighth, positive determination: enter meditation with true wisdom and be clean without leakage, and take it as the body without leakage. This is a big decision that makes no difference, that is, no matter when and where, I am not tempted or confused about the environment.

Taking the right path as the main body in the eight right paths, there is always no leakage, which is the way to see the position of the path, and the seven senses are the way to repair the position. Therefore, seven knowledge and eight right paths belong to the second place of practice.

The basic practice is abstinence, determination and wisdom. Abstinence is to stop greed, anger and wisdom. When you see that your thoughts and troubles are exhausted and your karma is broken, there will be no bitter fruit of life and death, that is, the joy of nirvana in the three realms can be repaired.
