Why does Cornwallan have a new accent?

Kang Hualan has a new accent because Kang Hualan is from Hunan and Xinhua dialect belongs to Hunan dialect. Xiang dialect is a dialect in Hunan, including Changsha dialect, Loudi dialect and Changde dialect. It is named after Xiangjiang River, the largest river in Hunan, which flows through the whole province. Kang Hualan, 198 1 was born in Xinhua County, Hunan Province.
