1 1 week: The fetus grows to 3.62 cm, the fetal organs develop further, and the placenta develops. B-ultrasound showed that the fetal sac disappeared completely and the placenta was clearly visible.

12 weeks: the fetus grows to 4.58 cm, the external genitalia develops initially, if there is any deformity, it can be manifested, and the calcification of the head is more perfect. The skull halo is clear, the biparietal diameter can be measured, and obvious deformity can be diagnosed, and then the organs tend to be perfect.

So according to your current gestational sac size of 27mm, that is, the pregnancy time is around 10 weeks, which is in line with your pregnancy time.
