According to the pre-announcement of land requisition by Tonghua County People's Government in 2022, the land to be requisitioned is located in Dahuanggou Village, Xinglin Town, with a total land area of 6.4784 hectares, and some areas of Xinglin Town in Tonghua County can be relocated.

Tonghua County, belonging to Tonghua City, Jilin Province, is located in the south of Jilin Province, at the southern foot of Changbai Mountain, in the middle reaches of Hunjiang River, bordering baishan city in the east, Xinbin County and Huanren County in Liaoning Province in the west, and Ji 'an City in the south.
