Zong Kaba was originally named Rosanzaba, and Zongka in Zong Kaba originated from his birthplace Amdo Zongka.

Zong Kaba was born in Amdo Zongka on 1357.

Zong Kaba is the founder of the Gelug Sect (also known as "Yellow Sect").

Today, Ta 'er Temple is located in the birthplace of Zong Kaba.

When Zong Kaba was three years old, the fourth Karmapa Ruobaiduojie blessed him with initiation and gave him a birth ring, which was named Genga Ningbo Er.

At the age of eight, Dun Zhu Renqin was ordained by Misha, and his legal name was Lausanne Zaba.

At the age of sixteen, Zong Kaba went to Tibetan areas and never came home.

At the age of 52, Zong Kaba held a New Year's Dafa meeting in Lhasa and built Gandan Temple in 1409.

With his encouragement, his students Tashi Baidan and Sida Yixi built drepung monastery and Sera Temple in 14 16 and 14 19 respectively.

Zong Kaba died in 14 19, and the anniversary was in the Tibetan calendar (lunar calendar) 10 10/25, which was a religious festival for Tibetans and Mongolians and was called "Gordon Arqu".
