Why is Ganjingzi the poorest place in Dalian?

It is not accurate to say that Ganjingzi is not the poorest place in Dalian.

Dalian is a famous coastal city in Liaoning Province. Its economic and social development is relatively balanced, and each district has its own advantages and characteristics. Ganjingzi District is an important area in Dalian and one of the largest municipal districts in Dalian, located in the southwest of Dalian. The area is rich in natural resources, good ecological environment, and relatively perfect infrastructure and urban planning.

The development of each district in Dalian is related to its own history, geography, resources and policies. Although Ganjingzi District may be relatively backward in some aspects, it also has its own advantages and potential in other aspects. Therefore, we should not simply regard a certain district as the epitome of the development of the whole city, but should see the uniqueness and potential of each district to jointly promote the economic and social development of the whole city.
