From the perspective of Buddhism, why do some people naturally call a spade a spade because they can't change and are isolated?

Because of the previous karma, ta has the current personality and mentality. In this state of mind, due to lack of mindfulness, she may be controlled by arrogance or hatred. When she gave automatic feedback to the outside world, she didn't notice and control her expressions and actions, and she lacked wisdom. She couldn't understand the consequences of doing so and said something straightforward regardless of other people's feelings. Because such physical and mental actions arouse the hatred of others, and others are not saints, they can't control the rise of hatred, so others are driven by hatred and reject ta. In an uncomfortable environment, ta is isolated.

In the whole process, the mentality is uncontrollable, and we can't control whether we like it or not, whether we are happy or not. However, if we can always observe our intentions and not be manipulated by our own hearts to put bad ideas into action, then we can only make light of our careers, not heavy ones, and avoid being isolated by others. Others, if they have the wisdom to understand that ta is only driven by heart and career, and cannot be independent, may treat ta with a normal heart, not pandering or rejecting it, and rationally tell ta the consequences of doing so and advise them not to be tortured by hatred.
