Thinking about why I can't understand you.

The author of Why I Don't Understand You is Mr. Li Haifeng, the co-founder of DISC Double Certificate Classroom Community. Well-known trainers and professional managers, teamwork and organizational efficiency experts, personality analysis and youth entrepreneurship benchmark. He is also the author of the best-selling books "Workplace Personality Test" and "Winning Appreciation".

The reason why I read this book stems from my curiosity about Li Haifeng and Dierske.

This book mainly talks about four roles: Queen D (conductor), Duan I (social butterfly), good wife S (supporter) and veteran cadre C (thinker).

Because of the difference between self-awareness and social role. So the conflict arose and everyone was hurt. For example, there are many cases of poor communication between superiors and subordinates, between male and female friends, and between parents and children. We know in our hearts, don't do to others what you don't want us to do to you. But something always happens, and I can't control my emotions. On the other hand, CDs can improve our interpersonal sensitivity. Although we can't change each other, we can try to influence them to the maximum extent in a way acceptable to each other.

Dierske is not a fortune teller. It can't tell you exactly what will happen in a certain month, but it is a method that can help us communicate more effectively, predict others' reactions, and then better cope with or even better manage others' behaviors, and guide everyone to work together in Qi Xin in Qi Xin.

Take teachers as kings, friends as tyrants, and disciples as death. Everyone likes himself best, but success is often the strength of the team. This book gives an example of a team. Four people came out to do business together, one was an entrepreneur with good eloquence and high mobility, the other was an ambitious banker, the other was a thoughtful computer programmer, and the other was a well-behaved manager of a state-owned enterprise. This book also gives a large number of actual combat cases, and analyzes the efficiency and practicability of disk transmission. Video reviews Happy Family, Women Not Bad, Post-it Women. The Tang Priest team in Journey to the West and so on are all informative and interesting case stories, which make people smile and grasp the main points of DISC.

Words are better than deeds. This is the best time and the worst time. The good thing is the colorful and infinite possibilities of life and work, but the bad thing is the glitz around and the inner panic. In this book, Teacher Haifeng mainly wants to tell us one word: love. Because I love myself, I do, I think, I make progress every day; Don't do to others what you don't want others to do to you, because you love them.
