Moles will not affect fate. It is generally believed that the occurrence of nevus is related to genetic factors and environmental factors dominated by ultraviolet rays.

Nevus is the most common benign skin tumor in human beings, which is the skin manifestation caused by the increase of melanocytes in epidermis and dermis. According to the different positions of nevus cells in the skin, it can be divided into borderline nevus, mixed nevus and intradermal nevus. The flat lesions suggest borderline nevus, and the slightly higher lesions are mostly mixed nevus, while papilloma-like lesions and almost all hemispherical pedicled lesions are intradermal nevus.

Generally, no treatment is needed. Borderline nevus and mixed hydatidiform mole usually occur in the easily rubbed parts such as palm and sole, waist circumference, armpit and groin. Surgical resection should be considered in the following cases: ① sudden increase in volume; ② The color is black or variegated; ③ Surface erosion, ulcer, bleeding or swelling; ④ Conscious pain or itching; ⑤ Satellite lesions appeared around. It can also be treated with laser.
