Where do men's negative emotions come from?

I believe that many people have seen this view, and their first reaction may not agree with it, because men as a whole feel very masculine, powerful and confident. How can they feel inferior?

Because these men are more rational and have no ego in their hearts, they are easily taken away by the external environment. When they meet excellent people and things, they will compare them. If they are better, they will have an inferiority complex, but this inferiority complex is often hidden deep and will be expressed in the form of negative emotions, such as complaints, responsibilities, tantrums and so on.

If a man wants to overcome his inferiority complex, the first thing he should do is to face his own heart, find the source of his inner inferiority complex, and be responsible for himself and his emotions.

Many men with low self-esteem finally turned into their own relationship because of their relationship with their parents. It may be that my parents were very critical of themselves since I was a child, saying that they were not good enough. Growing up is like robbing from the outside, proving yourself good enough.

A truly strong and calm person is not for others, but for himself. While pleasing himself, he will attract the recognition of people around him.

Why are fortune tellers always accurate? It is because the believer has a victim mentality in his heart and feels that everything is aimed at himself, so he can poke his heart in any way.

Teacher Zhang Defen suggested that when men encounter problems in life or work, they generally don't want to talk about them, but they can refer to other people's success stories, how others spend their time when they encounter problems, and the most important thing is to have a strong heart.
