Which province and city is guanxian?

Guanxian is located in the westernmost part of Shandong Province, bordering Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City in the east, Linqing City in the north, Shenxian County in the south and Guantao County in Hebei Province in the west. The whole territory is located in the Yellow River Plain in northwest Shandong, which is a part of the North China Plain and has four distinct seasons. With a total area of 1 16 1 km2, it governs 3 streets, 12 towns and 3 townships.

History of guanxian:

During the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, Guan Shiyi (the present location of Dongzhen Ancient City) and Huang Yi (the present location of Liangtang Township Ancient City) successively belonged to Jin, Wei and Zhao.

During the Qin Dynasty, it belonged to the East County and the West County of Handan.

During the Western Han Dynasty and the Eastern Han Dynasty, it belonged to Wei County, Jizhou.

During the Three Kingdoms period, it belonged to Yangping County, Jizhou, Wei State.

It belonged to Yangping County in the Western Jin Dynasty.

During the Sixteen Kingdoms period, it successively belonged to Sizhou, Yangping County of Zhongzhou, Gui Xiang County, Jinzhou and Xiangzhou of Jizhou in the post-Zhao, Yan Qian, Qianqin and Northern Wei Dynasties.

During the Northern and Southern Dynasties, it belonged to Yangping County of Xiangzhou in the Northern Wei Dynasty, Yangping County of Sizhou in the Eastern Wei Dynasty and Yangping County of Maozhou in the Northern Zhou Dynasty.
