Xima Town belongs to hilly areas except Taiping Village, Xieliangting, Fengshuling, Luolin and Topo. The terrain is mainly high in the northwest and low in the southeast, with the highest point of 528M and the lowest point of 47.7M m.

Yang Xiu River passes through Xima Town and belongs to one of the three major water systems in Xishui County. From north to south, it flows into Qichun Caohe River and turns east.
