Brief introduction of Shuanglin Temple in Yiwu

Shuanglin Temple in Yiwu is located in Huangyun Mountain, Fotang Town, Yiwu. It was built in the first year of Nanliang (AD 520) and was founded by Dharma Kanji, Liang Wudi and Buddhist monk Master Fu. /kloc-after the 0/5th century, it is famous at home and abroad for its large scale and numerous monks. In the Northern Song Dynasty, there were more than 0/200 monasteries/kloc and more than 2,000 monks and nuns, which were known as "the first in the kingdom of Sinian", "the third in the world and the first in Jiangsu and Zhejiang". In the third year of Song Yingzong's Pingping, the imperial court gave Baolin Temple a monument, and in the second year, it gave Hui Zong a grand view of ten hectares of land. In the Southern Song Dynasty, it was promoted as one of the ten temples in the world.
