Which city does Yushu City belong to?

According to official website, the yushu city Municipal Government, yushu city is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province, managed by Changchun City, located in the north-central part of Jilin Province and the hinterland of Songliao Plain, and at the center of the triangle formed by Changchun, Jilin and Harbin.

Yushu City is located in the black soil core area of Northeast China, one of the "three black soil areas" in the world.
