Introduction of Yulin dialect

Yulin dialect is mainly distributed in Yulin in the south of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It belongs to Goulou dialect of Cantonese and is also the representative dialect of Goulou Cantonese. The phonology is complex, with 10 tones. Rare voiced initials b and d in other dialects. The endings of many words are lost, such as "two" pronounced as [lar]. And the vocabulary is also very distinctive. It is very different from Guangzhou dialect, so it is difficult for two speakers to communicate with each other. People who can understand Yulin dialect are mostly distributed in Yulin. (Note: Bobai County speaks local dialect and Hakka dialect, which is different from Yulin dialect. )
