Bajiaojing Town, Jingyang District, Deyang City faces each other across the river, 9 kilometers away from Deyang and Guanghan, and 50 kilometers away from Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province. It is the transportation, finance, culture and economic center of southwest China. Xiaohan Town covers an area of 28 square kilometers. After the tax and fee reform, there are 17598 mu of cultivated land and 12 administrative villages.

Xiaohan Town is adjacent to Dujiangyan Irrigation District in Chengdu Plain, with mild climate and abundant underground water sources, which is suitable for the growth of various crops. It is one of the production and supply bases of agricultural products in Deyang and Guanghan. Taking the opportunity of being recognized as an ecological demonstration town in Sichuan Province, Xiaohan Town is stepping up the construction of a 2,200-mu Guangjin Ecological Agricultural Science and Technology Park integrating sightseeing, tourism, catering and entertainment.

Xiaohan has convenient transportation. National Highway 108 passes through 9 villages in Xiaohan Town, and baoji-chengdu railway passes through the territory. Village roads and community roads are connected into a network, 60 kilometers south of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, 4 kilometers away from Deyang and Guanghan Railway Station 10, 4 kilometers away from Xinxing Railway Station and 2 kilometers away from Deyang South Interchange of Chengdu-Mianyang Expressway. Water, electricity and gas are abundant. There are two power supply lines in the territory to ensure Xiao Han's production and living electricity. In particular, there is a dedicated line of120mm2 from Guanghan Binglinggong Substation to Xiaohan Industrial Park. A 1 10000 kV substation is being planned to ensure the electricity consumption of existing enterprises and newly-built enterprises in Xiaohan.
