Siyang County, known as Huaiyang and Taoyuan in ancient times, is located in the north of Jiangsu Province, bordering Huai 'an, the hometown of Prime Minister, Suqian, the hometown of Xiang Yu, and Hongze Lake, the fourth largest freshwater lake in China.
