Qianlong is the longest reigning emperor in China history, and the oldest emperor ever. He was successful as a teenager and reached the peak of his youth; He opened up territory and made six trips to the south of the Yangtze River. His great achievements are praised by later generations; However, there are countless anecdotes in history.

Gan Long, named Li Hong, is the fourth son of Yong Zhengdi, who was loved by his grandfather Kangxi since childhood. He became the first Chu Jun in the history of China. However, Emperor Qianlong, who was shrouded in splendor, has been in power for a long time, and there are many mysteries. Where is his birthplace? Later generations have different opinions. The mystery of Gan Long's birthplace opened the mysterious prelude of his life. Who is his birth mother? It has also become another mystery for future generations to speculate.

Where on earth was he born? Who is his birth mother? The mystery of the life experience of a generation of emperors has caused different opinions in later generations.

Emperor Qianlong, the pure emperor of Emperor Gaozong of the Qing Dynasty, was named Li Hong. At the age of 25, he ascended the pole, reigned for 60 years, and served as the supreme emperor for four years, at the age of 89. His actual ruling time was 63 years, and his grandfather Kangxi was 53 years, so Qianlong was the longest ruling emperor in the history of China and the highest ruling emperor in the history of China. There were twelve emperors in the Qing Dynasty. There are four heroes, the first is Nurhachi, the second is Huang Taiji, the third is Emperor Kangxi, and the fourth is Emperor Qianlong. We can think about it. In the history of Chinese dynasties, there were four heroes in a dynasty. I think only the Qing Dynasty is worth discussing.

Qianlong reigned for 60 years and was the emperor's father for four years. It's actually a little over three years. There are many things in his life. There are 1500 volumes recording the life of Gan Long. According to my statistics, there are 13580 136 words without punctuation marks, as well as Ganlong's Ju Zhu, Ganlong's imperial edict and other materials, which record Ganlong's life story.

First of all, where was Gan Long born? There are only two questions about the birthplace of the Qing emperor. One is the Qing Taizu Nurhachi. Where was he born? When Emperor Nurhachi of Qing Dynasty was born, he did not create Manchu. At that time, he was unknown, so Nurhachi's birthplace was not recorded. Ganlong is different. Qianlong's father was Yong Zhengdi, and Qianlong himself was emperor for 60 years. So there are two theories about the birthplace of Qianlong. The first said he was born in the Lama Temple, and the second said he was born in the summer resort.

Let's talk about the first statement first. I was born in the Lama Temple. About Gan Long was born in the Lama Temple, the most authoritative statement is that his father and mother talked, and where Gan Long was born. However, Gan Long's father and mother did not leave a written record saying where Gan Long was born. Who said that? It was Qianlong himself who said that he was born in the Lama Temple, and Qianlong had The Collection of Imperial Poems. In the Collection of Imperial Poems and Notes on Poems, it was said six times before and after that he was born in the Lama Temple, which was in Andingmen, Beijing. Today, it is a Lama Temple. Prince Yong's palace is now the Lama Temple. After he became emperor, he moved to the Forbidden City. After Qianlong inherited his father's throne, he changed the Lama Temple to the Lama Temple, and dedicated his father Yong Zhengdi's imperial shadow as a portrait. On the seventh day of the first month of each year, Qianlong went to the Lama Temple to worship his ancestors. On the one hand, he worshipped Buddha, that is, Qianlong went to the Lama Temple to pay tribute in 43 years. After that, he wrote a poem, which said, "Whenever I think of my birth in Sri Lanka". In other words, when I arrived at the Lama Temple, I recalled that I was born here. Some people disagree. When I talked about the Lama Temple, I remembered the situation and problems of his birth at that time. I didn't say I was born in the Lama Temple. You are a memory. Memories can be born here and there, asking questions. Ganlong was fifty-four years old, and he was eighty years old that year. On the seventh day of the first month, he came to the Lama Temple again and wrote a poem. There is a note in this poem. What did the note say? I said, "I was born in Xin Mao, Kangxi." I was born in Xinmao, Kangxi, and I was born in the palace fifty years ago. I was born in the Lama Temple. Ganlong himself said that he was born in the Lama Temple. That should be no problem, but there is another way of saying it.

Second, Ganlong was born in the summer resort. There are three materials to say. In the first Qing Dynasty, there was an official named Guan Shiming. He wrote a book called Poems of Lushan Hall. There is a poem in this collection of poems, followed by a note. He said that this lion garden was the place where Emperor Qianlong was born. Every year, the Xiandian is Yongzheng. Isn't Yongzheng called Xiandi? Xi 'an in the Qing Dynasty was the temple in Xi 'an. This poem clearly shows that Gan Long was born in the Lion Garden. Who is Guan Shiming? Qianlong Jinshi, Ministry of War Zhang Jing and Emperor Qianlong went to Mulan paddock in the summer resort, accompanied by him. He knows a lot of anecdotes about the imperial court and the inner palace. He won't rush to write this poem and make this note. It should be said that he has a certain basis, but some people say that Guan Shiming is the foreign minister. How did he know where Ganlong was born?

Then let's talk about the second example and see what Gan Long's son Jiaqing said. In the first year of Jiaqing, at this time, Ganlong became the emperor's father, and Ganlong went to the summer resort. /kloc-August of 0/3 is the birthday of Qianlong. When Qianlong lived in the summer resort, Jiaqing wrote a poem to celebrate his father's birthday. There is a note in this poem. He said: "Kangxi Xinmao built a villa, and the emperor was born." What do you mean? That is, in the Xin Mao year of Kangxi, that is, the fifty years of Kangxi, the summer resort was built and the inscription of Kangxi Summer Resort was inscribed. In this year, Ganlong was born in Du Fu Yuan, which is the summer resort. This is a kind of marriage, and someone mentioned it again. The "Du Fu Yuan" mentioned by Jiaqing does not necessarily refer to the summer resort, but also refers to the Lama Temple. Ok, let's take a third example, that is, in the second year of Jiaqing, or on August 13th, Jiaqing accompanied his father Gan Long to the summer resort. Jiaqing wrote another poem, followed by a note, which made him more clear this time. He said: "Jing is the age of the emperor's father Xin Mao and was born in the court of Shanchuan Village." Obviously, this "DuDu Courtyard" is the DuDu Courtyard of the villa, not anywhere else. Jiaqing made it clear that his father was born in the summer resort in the Xin Mao year of Kangxi, that is, the fiftieth year of Kangxi. So these three materials show that Gan Long was born in the summer resort.

Then the problem came again. After Jiaqing ascended the throne, several years later, Qianlong's Historical Records and the draft of Historical Records were submitted to Emperor Jiaqing for review. Jiaqing attached great importance to this matter when he saw that Ganlong was born in the Lama Temple. Every time he says that he was born in the summer resort, how can he write that he was born in the Lama Temple? He asked the minister to check it carefully and ordered the university student Liu to check it. Liu Faxian wrote the poem of Emperor Qianlong. Gan Long actually said that he was born in three Lama Temple. He put them on the emperor's signature and sent them to Jiaqing for review. Jiaqing saw that his statement was different from his father's. He can't go against his father's wishes, so that's what happens when he compiles records and hadith. One said that Ganlong was born in the Lama Temple, and the other said that Ganlong was born in the summer resort. What are we thinking today? As a historian, according to records, hadith, or general scholars think that Qianlong was born in the Lama Temple. Why do many people want to study this problem? Because of this problem, the question of Ganlong's birthplace directly affects who his mother is.
