The biggest attraction of Yongning ancient town is the old street that has not been commercialized, as well as the Fanzilou on both sides and the seaside with few people. In fact, it should be noted that Yongning is the acropolis in history, and it is just as famous as Tianjinwei and Ahava. Attention foodies, there are all kinds of Minnan specialty snacks here, waiting for you to explore slowly.

If you have a day, you can stroll around the old streets here in the morning and see various architectural styles, stone houses, ancient buildings, temples, and beautiful Fanzilou (Ningdong Building, Jiyang Fanzilou, Batu Building, and my favorite Yangjialou are typical representatives of Fanzilou). Donkeys who like architecture are not to be missed. Feel free to visit Yongning Ancient Acropolis, and it doesn't matter if you get lost. Alleys are all connected. Xibaolou Public Library, Dong's former residence, Ningdonglou and Yongning Town God Temple are the must-see places in the old street.

In the afternoon, you can take a local three-wheeled motorcycle to Houganbing Village to see Yangjialou, also known as Pavilion, which is the largest model building in the state, with the main building "Pavilion", three five-room official buildings in the Qing Dynasty, and later buildings, Hui, Chengtoulou, ponds, fences, etc. Because there are many rooms, it is commonly called this. Then go to the seaside, Yongning, surrounded by the sea on three sides. You can choose Guanyin Mountain, Gold Coast, Hongtawan and Meilin Port. Personally, I suggest going to Guanyin Mountain. There are few people, haha.

You can go to the market to buy some seafood for processing, especially 10 and 1 10 are seafood season, which is economical and practical. Then go to the Xibaolou Public Library to read calligraphy or listen to Nanyin in the evening (there are performances every night to bring you closer to the world and listen to the oldest music in China). This is a new life in the ancient town, which is suitable for stopping and slowly feeling this historic seaside town. If you have enough time, you can also visit Gusao Tower, Huxiu Temple, Chaotian Temple and Guokeng Hui Village.

Snacks recommendation: Atan fried dumplings, Meilin Port taro, Aja ginger duck, beef soup. Mainly endless seafood.

Transportation: Take the bus to Shishi coach station (this station is a must), and then take the No.5 bus to the front. Quanzhou railway station has a direct bus to the clothing car. Take bus No.2 or 18 from Clothing City to Shishi Coach Station, and then take bus No.5 to Yongning Chetou (4 yuan). If you don't want to go around like that, you can take a taxi around 35 yuan to Yongning. It should be about 60 cheaper to take a taxi from Jinjiang Airport to Yongning.
